About
I spent 30 years in creative leadership positions, and I am the co-owner of a music and sound production company called Raygun. Across companies and cultures, I saw the same thing again and again: human behaviour is complex, and collaboration is layered. It took me a lifetime to truly understand why. We are sent out to lead, to collaborate and to build meaningful things, without knowing how to show up as our real, powerful selves.
For a long time, I tried to find clarity by thinking things through. But the more I talked, the more I found myself caught in my head. What I truly needed wasn’t to think more, but to feel.
I began to discover how music and sound could help me reconnect with my body, create space for emotions, and gently release what I had been holding inside. As those emotions began to move, something unexpected happened: clarity emerged. New insights surfaced naturally. Strength came back.
This experience opened my eyes to the power of deep listening: not just listening to music, but listening to ourselves, our bodies, and what wants to be felt.
What I discovered beyond the mind
Fifteen years ago in London, I discovered the work of pioneering thinkers and understood for the first time the difference between the conditioned self and the conscious one. Then the loss of my beloved mother shook me to my core. It ignited a hunger to understand more about life, and about what we cannot see. I studied again, and found that energy is not abstract. It is real. The energy we bring into a room, into a company, into a collaboration, is not invisible.
Deep listening and working with energy are my way of sharing that experience with others: creating space to slow down, feel more deeply, and discover the clarity that can emerge when we move beyond thinking and begin to listen.
